MESA MOBILE Express LLC gives you a warranty on services that qualify.
Our warranty only covers the service we provided. The warranty only covers the problems with parts or work done during that service.
Warranty period depends on the type of service you got. We will tell you how long it lasts at the time of service.
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage after service
Water or liquid damage
Misuse, accidental damage, or abuse
Issues unrelated to the original service
Pre-existing device conditions
Your warranty might not be valid if:
The device is opened or fixed by a third party after service
The device shows signs of physical or liquid damage after fix
The customer modifies or damages fixed components
If you need to make a claim on your warranty, you have to bring the device to MESA MOBILE Express LLC. We also need proof that the service was performed by us.
